Patient Care Technician

📋 Description

• Provide quality patient care in clinical trials
• Ensure smooth, positive patient experiences
• Maintain accurate visits and adherence to protocols
• Support enrollment and retention activities
• Communicate with sponsors/CROs onsite and offsite
• Assist physicians with timely updates and site support

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in patient-facing or healthcare role
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA or VN/LPN/RN license
• B.S./B.A. degree preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• On-site, customer-facing experience preferred
• Allergies: coffee lovers preferred
