📋 Description

• Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution
• Ensure patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to clinical trial
• Execute patient screening, enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through
• Guide patients through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
