• Deliver excellent patient experience
• Accurately and efficiently complete patient visits per clinical trial protocols
• Execute patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities
• Guide patients through clinical trials process
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems
• Ensure sponsors and clients have excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment
• Strong preference for experience in fast-paced clinical environments (Emergency Department, Urgent
• Onsite Monday-Friday position
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive
• Exceptional patient care and customer service focus
