• Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at the clinic
• Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to clinical trial protocols 100% of
• Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials
• Ensure patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
• Enter data timely and accurately for clinical visits into multiple online systems

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university (required)
• 1-2 years of professional experience (preferred)
• Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role (preferred)
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive
• Focus on exceptional patient care and memorable experiences
• Client satisfaction focus
