Patient Coordinator

📋 Description

• Work with Nurse Coordinator to support existing customers.
• Assess patient needs focusing on support, logistics, problem solving.
• Maintain a service-oriented relationship with patients.
• Ensure data and analysis requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Help manage business tools (QlikView, Salesforce).
• Identify and grow patient relationships to schedule ongoing testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in inbound and outbound.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
