Patient Coordinator

📋 Description

• Work with Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support existing customers.
• Assess patient needs with focus on support, logistics, and problem solving.
• Maintain and support a service-oriented relationship with patients.
• Ensure data and analysis requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Help manage business tools like QlikView and Salesforce.
• Identify, nurture and grow patient relationships to schedule ongoing testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years call center experience (inbound/outbound).
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
• Outgoing personality with excellent oral and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills.
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
