📋 Description

• Grow relationship between Natera and patients
• Coordinate testing management with Nurse Coordinators
• Be patient advocate to drive market development
• Support data/analysis requests across the organization
• Utilize business tools to manage patient relations
• Engage in ongoing testing scheduling and relationship nurturing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience (inbound/outbound)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
• Outgoing, strong oral/presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with execution capability
• Strong MS Excel skills and quantitative ability
