Patient Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as the patient's dedicated advocate and single point of contact for all things related to
• Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and
• Set accurate expectations around sample collection scheduling, turnaround time, billing, and next
• Respond to patient-generated marketing leads and conduct outbound outreach for applicable patient

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity, patient services
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
