📋 Description

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams (programmers, engineers, mgmt)
  • Launch new processes and drive improvements across teams
  • Track progress and deliver KPI and performance reports
  • Participate in CAPA reviews to drive training and process changes

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 2+ years call center QC experience
  • 5+ years additional professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills; MS Excel and dashboards
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of QA, CAPA, and process improvement
