📋 Description

• Provide financial counseling to patients both virtually and through other available service
• Explain healthcare payment options, Medicaid eligibility requirements, financial assistance
• Prepare self-pay liability price estimates when required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial counseling, self-pay collections, call center
• Working knowledge of healthcare registration, coding, insurance billing, payment processes, and
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when reviewing patient accounts and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial information accurately.
