📋 Description

• Partner with implementation and customer success teams to design patient follow-up programs that
• Advise customers and internal teams on configuration decisions, including worklist structures
• Support navigator training and user acceptance testing to ensure teams are prepared to use the
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource for customer navigation teams, helping answer
• Represent the patient navigator perspective in product requirements, design reviews, feature
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to review follow-up recommendations and categorization

🎯 Requirements

• Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in radiology follow-up, patient navigation, care
• Demonstrated experience designing or operating a patient follow-up program and leading, supporting
• Strong practical experience managing a follow-up worklist and tracking patients through to
• Comfortable working across electronic health record systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or
• Willingness to provide direct, specific, and actionable product feedback while advocating strongly
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and
