• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, primarily by phone, providing empathetic

• At least 2 years of experience using Athena or a comparable electronic health record (EHR) system.
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Workspace; this is a required qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
