• Establish, govern, and continuously improve quality and analytics capabilities that define

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of knowledge-assistance capabilities
• Develop scalable frameworks, standards, playbooks, knowledge resources, operating routines
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operational teams, technology, analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Data Analytics
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle, contact center operations, healthcare operations
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving operational
• Experience developing or applying operational standards, quality frameworks, knowledge resources
• Ability to convert operational strategy into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, risk
• Strong analytical, consultative, written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
