📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end patient support programs for BOTOX Therapeutic
• Leads US strategy development and tactical execution for Patient Services
• Drives access and adherence by removing barriers to initiation
• Partners with Brand team; aligns programs with strategic imperatives
• Provides strategic direction to Field Reimbursement Managers
• Drives data-informed updates to senior leadership on program performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MPH preferred
• 12+ years in healthcare and pharma strategy/execution
• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, cross-functional leadership
• Experience with access and reimbursement across patient touchpoints
• Proven ability to lead in matrixed organizations and drive results
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid pivots in dynamic markets
