📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for the BOTOX Therapeutic
• Leads the integrated Patient Services team in U.S. strategy development and tactical execution
• Removes barriers to therapy initiation; ensures access, support, and follow-through for patients
• Partners with the BOTOX Brand team; sits on the Integrated Brand Team to align patient programs
• Serves as primary integrator between Patient Services and brand partners; ensures programs reflect
• Provides strategic direction and materials to Field Reimbursement Managers for access and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred
• 12+ years in healthcare; 12+ years at a pharmaceutical company in strategy/execution roles
• Strong enterprise thinking, financial acumen, data-driven mindset; connect goals to franchise
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and influence across functions without direct reporting
• Expertise in buy-and-bill access and reimbursement across patient touchpoints
• Experience aligning with commercial/therapeutic priorities; broad knowledge across strategy
