📋 Description

• Lead and execute patient support strategies for BOTOX Therapeutic across indications.
• Own end-to-end patient care models and program KPIs; drive results and accountability.
• Coordinate with US Patient Services team and Integrated Brand Team to align programs with brand
• Optimize patient access, adherence, and initiation through strategic resource allocation.
• Provide strategic direction to Field Reimbursement Managers and monitor program performance for
• Balance strategic vision with operational execution in a matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MPH or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare; 12+ years at a pharma company in strategy/execution roles.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen; data-driven with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Expertise in buy-and-bill, access, and reimbursement across patient touchpoints preferred.
• Experience aligning with commercial and therapeutic priorities across business cycles.
