Patient Specific Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze CT scan data, and design patient-specific cut guides using image segmentation software and
• Interact with surgeons to determine patient-specific needs for their case, and how best to deliver
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality and timely production and delivery of custom guides.
• Create pre-operative plans for surgeons to use in cases
• Support software developers and project engineers as a point-of-contact. Provide feedback on the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mechanical design or biomedical engineering
• 2+ years of relevant mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience is required
• Medical device development experience and/or internships preferred
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate in Mechanical Design (CSWA) certification preferred
