Patrol Security Officer

📋 Description

• Patrol outdoor areas around Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago
• Provide customer service and assist with directions and information
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety
• Perform foot patrols up to 10 miles/day and stand post outside
• Respond to incidents and document events for management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available for 2 of 3 shifts
• Experience as door staff or in customer service/hospitality
• High School diploma or GED
• Must obtain Illinois PERC registration and complete training
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
