Paymaster/Plant HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Train and monitor work accuracy of Payroll/HR responsibilities with managers
• Maintain and reconcile all hourly payroll files and data for the plant
• Process weekly plant hourly payroll, balancing interfaces and reports
• Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs
• Partner with Plant HR Manager for disability processing, relocation, and HR requisition
• Be a positive and pro-active advocate for the company and employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required
• Experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing preferred)
• HR experience in manufacturing with modern HR processes preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP is a plus
