Paymaster/Plant HR (Human Resources) Generalist

📋 Description

• Train and monitor payroll/HR responsibilities with managers
• Maintain hourly payroll files; ensure accuracy and SOX compliance
• Process weekly plant hourly payroll; balance GL interfaces and reports
• Assist benefits and compensation programs and other HR initiatives
• Partner with Plant HR Manager on disability processing, relocation, HR requisitions, and PAF
• Be a proactive advocate; communicate with all levels; support labor relations and grievances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment, manufacturing preferred
• Prefer HR experience in manufacturing with modern HR processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP is a plus
