Payment Analyst

📋 Description

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout and payment funnel health, proactively identifying alerts
• Lead root-cause investigations into funnel drop-offs and payment declines, distinguishing technical
• Analyze authorization rates, decline codes, payment performance, and other funnel metrics to
• Investigate performance across multiple payment service providers and identify differences
• Support regular funnel reporting for cross-functional stakeholders, translating payment data into
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud teams to investigate payment

• Hands-on understanding of payment funnels and payment operations, including concepts such as
• Demonstrated experience performing root-cause analysis on funnel drop-offs, declines, or payment
• Ability to analyze complex data and customer-behavior insights and communicate findings clearly to

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments where processes and playbooks may
