📋 Description

• Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets. Set clear responsibilities and
• Decide where the team focuses its time and resources based on regional opportunities, partner
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels. Help BDs find the right partners, negotiate
• Build repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat product launches, with the campaigns
• Set commission and incentive structures for BDs and partners. Reward meaningful promotion and
• Put clear processes in place for pipeline management, account ownership, reporting and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience directly leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD, affiliate or
• A track record of building an affiliate or partner-led growth program from the ground up, including
• Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition, and the ability to judge
• Experience managing a team against measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals
