Payment Conversion Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive outbound phone and email outreach to suppliers assigned to payment conversion
• Explain approved electronic payment options, their benefits, and applicable program requirements.
• Communicate with each business customer's payment strategy and relevant operating guidelines
• Answer supplier questions, address common concerns, and help suppliers understand the steps
• Manage follow-up activities to move each supplier through enrollment, closure, or formal handoff.
• Support campaign objectives by encouraging supplier participation and adoption of electronic

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client service, sales, operations, financial services, payments, or a
• At least 2 years of direct supplier enablement experience supporting electronic payment adoption.
• Professional outbound calling or sales experience, including the ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in supporting supplier onboarding, business payments, commercial cards, ACH, Treasury
• Experience working with a bank, payment provider, fintech organization, or large corporate payments
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment is preferred.
