📋 Description

• Develop and maintain payments compliance policies and standards.
• Provide regulatory structuring for payments setups and fund flows.
• Review onboarding of payment partners from a compliance view.
• Advise on licensing scope and regulatory permissions for payments.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Legal to ensure compliant initiatives.
• Standardise payments compliance processes across entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or compliance professional with legal training; bar in SG/MY/UK/HK preferred.
• 3-7 years in payments, fintech, EMI/PSP, or financial services compliance.
• Strong understanding of payments regulation, fund flows, and licensing frameworks.
• Practical mindset with ability to translate regulatory requirements into workable operating models.
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction environments is a strong plus.
