📋 Description

• Review internal and client systems, claim documentation, and relevant information to determine
• Analyze contractual terms, guidelines, and client requirements to identify repricing approaches.
• Apply established payment rules and client requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal audit and operational teams for compliance and process improvement.
• Meet performance targets related to accuracy, productivity, timeliness, and claim quality.
• Follow SOPs and workflows to ensure consistent claim processing.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Admin, Finance, or related
• At least one year of professional experience; healthcare/claims processing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare claims, insurance processes, data analysis, or administrative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret contracts, guidelines, workflows, and procedures.
• Experience with quality/compliance processes a plus.
