🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of working experience in financial products, insurance, or related financial services
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with numbers and interpreting data sets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to build relationships across internal and
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to overcoming operational challenges.
• Knowledge of payment systems, fintech products, or insurance industry practices (preferred).
