📋 Description

• End-to-End payment method lifecycle management.
• Lead the full lifecycle of APMs from planning to optimization.
• Ensure reliability and efficiency of each payment method aligned with business needs.
• Build relationships with external payment partners and internal teams.
• Product delivery & Technical collaboration for APM integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure best-practice integrations.
• Leverage APIs, callbacks, and payment flows to guide delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams for smooth releases.
• Analyze KPIs: success rate, conversion, latency, declines, errors.
• Collaborate with Eng and Support to investigate issues and root causes.
• Use monitoring tools and data insights to drive improvements.
• Refine user journeys and reduce payment friction.
• Stay updated on global APM trends and regulatory shifts.
• Evaluate new payment opportunities based on market fit and technical complexity.
• Understand country-specific consumer payment behaviors for decisions.
• Develop internal docs, flow diagrams, and guides for teams.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to articulate payment method value.
• Drive go-to-market for new launches with organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk on rules and licensing.
• Ensure scalable solutions aligned with platform standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in payments, fintech, product delivery, or related field (6+ years for Senior Specialist).
• Payment fundamentals: Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms, flows, settlement, notification systems, and API integrations.
• Strong AI-driven mindset and curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
• Engineering partnership: Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical solution design.
• Analytical skillset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving results.
• Communication: Excellent ability to translate between business needs and technical specifications.
