🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments/fintech; 6+ for Senior Specialist.
• Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms and flows.
• Proven engineering partnership; contribute to design.
• Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized; able to drive results across teams.
• Excellent communication; translate business needs to tech specs.
