Payment Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Take ownership of checkout funnel health by identifying emerging issues, surfacing defects, and
• Lead root-cause investigations into payment funnel drop-offs and declining authorization rates
• Analyze authorization rates, decline codes, and performance across multiple payment service
• Investigate payment performance issues, including processor outages and disruptions across
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and alerts that provide reliable visibility into
• Support regular reporting to cross-functional teams, translating payment data and customer behavior

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with payment funnels in a complex, multi-provider environment.
• Strong understanding of payment concepts and processes, including interchange, decline codes
• Demonstrated experience conducting root-cause analysis of payment funnel drop-offs, authorization
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently investigate payment data and identify meaningful
• Ability to interpret complex technical findings and customer behavior insights and communicate them
• Practical understanding of payment service provider performance and the factors affecting
