• Support daily Disputes queues; grow into SME.
• Identify Transaction Fraud; manage Chargebacks incl. Pre-Arbitration.
• Automate disputes processes to improve AI-native workflows.
• Collaborate with Fraud Ops, Customer Support, and Servicing.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements in Disputes.
• Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements.
