Payment Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Reconcile consumer transactions (SAP/ERP) to ensure accurate, timely recording.
• Manage dispute and chargeback cases escalated from the call center.
• Monitor fraud and payment risk using IP-based detection.
• Produce volume and performance reports on payments.
• Assist with refunds and reconciliation workflows.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, processors, and financial institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years as a Payment Operations Analyst or similar role.
• PSP platforms (Adyen, Stripe) and their dashboards.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP for reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with payment gateways.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics.
• Familiarity with card networks’ dispute processes (Visa/Mastercard).
