Payment Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Process and monitor daily transactions, including PESONet and InstaPay transfer. Ensuring accuracy
• Monitor dashboards and alerts to flag unusual transaction activity or system issues, escalating to
• Support reconciliation activities by validating transaction records against partner and bank
• Assist with exception handling and basic settlement tasks, coordinating with internal teams and
• Coordinate with banks, e-wallets, and payment partners on routine day-to-day operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily operational activities, incidents, and resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in payments operations, banking operations, fintech, or transaction
• Exposure to or familiarity with PESONet and InstaPay payment rails is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Operations, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and operational dashboards.
• Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
