Payment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor payment methods; escalate issues to providers/teams
• Analyze acceptance rates; decide which methods to enable/disable
• Ensure balance across methods to process withdrawals and top-ups
• Review backup/contingency and emergency plans
• Create monitoring guidelines for monitoring and support teams
• Report daily/weekly payment activities to Head of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as billing/payments manager or similar in online payments
• Confident with numbers and processing financial data
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong understanding of online payments integrations, funnels and flows
• Experience communicating with foreign customers or partners
• iGaming industry experience is a plus
