• Understanding of how an online transaction goes: from checkout through processing and acquiring to
• Knowledge of key KYC/AML steps during online onboarding: document verification, sanctions list
• Attention to detail — finding discrepancies in payment reports and reconciliation without missing
• Confident knowledge of Excel: formulas and pivot tables for payment data analysis
• English communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to independently close KYC cases without regular escalation
