📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Payment Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of all
• Supervise and support team members through regular one-on-one syncs, performance check-ins, and
• Monitor daily transaction flows, dashboards, and alerts to identify potential issues early and
• Handle exception management, reconciliation coordination, and basic settlement oversight, ensuring
• Review operational metrics and KPIs on a weekly basis to identify bottlenecks, drive process
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to communicate operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in payments operations, settlement, banking operations, or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Operations, or similar).
• Hands-on experience managing daily operational KPIs, incident escalations, and operational
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process-improvement skills; proficient with Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to work
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
