🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in operations, payments, treasury, or another analytical, execution-focused
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with large datasets
Curiosity and a systems mindset
Strong ownership and independence
Comfort with technology, including Excel/Google Sheets and new platforms
