Payment Operations Specialist - EMEA

📋 Description

• Review payment transactions and identify risk across platforms.
• Resolve payment issues with customers and internal teams.
• Help streamline and automate workflows as the team grows.
• Work in a fully remote, multi-timezone Payment Operations team.
• Expect shifting priorities and occasional weekend shifts for coverage.
• Communicate clearly and document processes to enable scalable operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in analytical, support, or operations with a customer-facing component.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in Spanish with at least a B2 level of written and spoken proficiency.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and broader responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess risk and make sound judgments.
• Familiar with refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations; Stripe/Airwallex/Adyen experience.
