📋 Description

Review payments and identify issues
Identify risk and resolve issues with customers and internal teams
Help streamline and automate manual payment workflows
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Product across time zones

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in analytical/support/ops with customer-facing work
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Fluent in Spanish (B2)
Comfortable with ambiguity and broad responsibilities
Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
Experience with payment operations (refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations)
