📋 Description

• Review payment transactions and identify risk.
• Resolve issues with customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in analytical, support, or operations with customer-facing work.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in Spanish, at least B2 level.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and broader responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving to assess risk.
• Open to occasional weekend hours for coverage.
