Payment Operations Specialist - LATAM

📋 Description

• Manage payment disputes and chargeback cases from notification to resolution.
• Gather docs and prepare evidence for processors and banks.
• Coordinate with Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Investigate failed payments, duplicate charges, and refund requests.
• Monitor payment activity for fraud trends and recurring issues.
• Maintain records of disputes, refunds, and resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Payment Operations, Billing Operations, Chargebacks, Risk Operations, or similar.
• Experience managing payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Experience with subscription or recurring billing models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously.
