Payment Operations Specialist - LATAM

📋 Description

• Review incoming/outgoing payments; identify fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Monitor Stripe and Airwallex activity to spot anomalies.
• Investigate fraud or suspicious activity; document findings for Risk.
• Resolve payment and operational issues with customers via email/phone/video.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Legal on complex cases.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects; streamline manual workflows as priorities shift.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in analytical, support, or operations roles with a customer-facing component.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking on broader responsibilities.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to assess risk.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Open to occasional weekend hours.
• Familiar with payment operations—refunds, disputes, KYC, or reconciliations.
