📋 Description

Act as primary contact for banking/payment partners; track commitments.
Support onboarding/management of banks, gateways, processors.
Orchestrate docs, commercial setup, onboarding, and compliance.
Drive partner campaigns; ensure go-lives and outcomes.
Collaborate with Biz, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Ops, Eng.
Monitor payment performance and SLAs; identify optimization.

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years in payments at fintechs, banks, or PSPs.
Proven track record managing external stakeholders across teams.
Strong ownership to drive projects from initiation to completion.
Keen interest in banking, payments, fintech ecosystem.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Bias for action while balancing rigor and long-term thinking.
Enjoy solving business problems via structured execution.
