📋 Description

• Originate new CaaS payment partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch success.
• Lead executive conversations translating stablecoin and payments capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Shape Coinbase’s payments roadmap by surfacing market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSP/fintech/bank/crypto.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal processes end-to-end.
• Understanding of payments ecosystem including stablecoins and networks.
• Ability to communicate complex crypto concepts to executive audiences clearly.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
