Payment Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Own central bank and clearing integration projects end to end.
• Act as the primary technical and project contact for regulators.
• Manage onboarding: credentials, environment, tests, production activation.
• Set and defend realistic launch timelines and keep on track.
• Design and implement connections to local clearing and payment systems.
• Deliver integrations with third-party BaaS providers to expand rails.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments/banking or integration engineering with ownership.
• Direct experience integrating with central banks and national clearing systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with SWIFT and SEPA payment schemes.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, clearing, and settlement flows.
• Comfort with ISO 20022, MT/MX, SOAP/REST and certificate-based auth.
• Experience applying AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted dev) to boost productivity.
