📋 Description

• Lead strategic onboarding for new payments customers
• Architect how customers integrate payments from day one
• Design activation roadmaps and milestones (three transactions)
• Train teams and drive adoption metrics
• Influence behavior, anticipate challenges, and drive outcomes
• Hybrid role based in Lehi, UT; reports to Sr Manager, Payment Success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in onboarding, activation, or customer success
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or payments
• Expertise in payments tech, workflows, and best practices
• Strong communication with business owners and decision-makers
• Advanced problem-solving and change management
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support
