📋 Description

• Process Employment Network (EN) payment requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for Employment Networks and other relevant organizations
• Review and evaluate reimbursement and cost requests submitted by Employment Networks and State
• Support the development, coordination, and execution of automated payments through the program's
• Ensure all payment activities comply with established performance standards, operational
• Provide timely updates and maintain accurate documentation to ensure payment records and processing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, payment processing, or a similar role is
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
