Payments Account(Project) Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard providers end-to-end, including documents and forms.
• Negotiate provider fees and favorable terms.
• Source API keys and access for provider connections.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Draft specs for new payment integrations with providers.
• Drive integration tasks from setup to production with dev/QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Account Manager/Project/BD/Operations within Payments.
• Experience communicating with foreign customers/partners, including C-level.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures.
• Understanding of payment integrations (API, webhooks, statuses, redirects, form fields).
• Upper-Intermediate English (internal teams communicate in English).
• Ability to formulate technical tasks for the development team.
