📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end dispute process, from receiving notifications through final resolution
• Analyze disputed transactions and customer activity to determine validity, reviewing transaction
• Build structured, persuasive evidence packages using proof of service or delivery, transaction
• Monitor dispute activity and emerging fraud patterns, flag suspicious transactions, coordinate risk
• Partner with Customer Support to resolve potential disputes before they escalate, coordinate with
• Monitor chargeback ratios, dispute win rates, resolution times, and fraud trends, helping keep

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraud investigations, preferably
• Hands-on experience with Stripe, NMI, or other payment gateways and dispute management systems.
• Strong understanding of Visa, Mastercard, and card network dispute processes, reason codes
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to investigate complex
• Proven experience compiling detailed documentation and evidence for successful dispute responses.
• Strong written English and the ability to produce clear, persuasive responses for banks
