📋 Description

• Own high-scale fraud detection and mitigation, payments operations, and risk assessment within your
• Lead high complexity fraud investigations, perform root cause analyses, and translate findings into
• Write SQL queries to analyze fraud and payments data, and build reporting and monitoring dashboards
• Program manage cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Legal, Payments Strategy, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in payments, fraud, or risk operations, with direct, hands-on exposure to
• Deep working knowledge of payments flows, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), and
• Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience querying and analyzing large datasets to drive fraud
• Experience building reporting and monitoring workflows using BI and alerting tools (e.g., Mode
• Proven ability to independently own an end-to-end function and execute mid-size programs with
• Comfort navigating ambiguous problems where the issue is known but the right solution requires
