Payments Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams for credential readiness with timelines.
• Primary contact between gateways, merchants and internal teams for end-to-end credentials to go-live.
• Proactively identify and resolve onboarding blockers with trackers and documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with gateway and merchant counterparts to drive faster resolutions.
• Audit onboarding workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for faster go-live.
• Own dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences for real-time business visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication for gateways, merchants, and stakeholders.
• 2+ years in payments operations, merchant onboarding, or coordination-heavy fintech roles.
• Solid understanding of payment gateway ecosystems, production credentials, and onboarding lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams with accuracy and urgency.
• Familiarity with API-based payment integrations and gateway onboarding requirements.
• Experience using Jira, Notion, or similar tools to manage onboarding pipelines.
